Tierra Noble Tequila is a unique brand crafted by the Herrera family in Mexico. They use both old and new methods to create high-quality tequila. Their tequila is made at La Estacada distillery, near the beautiful town of Mazamitla in Jalisco, Mexico. This distillery is 7,200 feet above sea level in the Sierra del Tigre mountains (known as one of the highest world distilleries). The cool climate at this altitude slows down fermentation, which helps develop better flavours.

Tierra Noble ages its Añejo tequila for two years in barrels made from American and French white oak. These barrels add smoothness and rich aromas to the tequila. The distillation process uses specially designed stainless steel pot stills with long necks, which bring out floral notes.
